Pallet mould is not all factories can manufacture, as it is a real big mold and requires a certain tooling equipment requirement and pallet mould making experience.

In general, such as plastic pallet mould is the use of I-type mould structure, cavity and core steel P20 or 2738, slider, guide chute, insert using steel 2316 or 718, guide column, guide sleeve, gate sleeve, pull rod, reset rod using SKD standard parts.

Testing of the pallet mould:

1. Dynamic load test and Static load test

2. Drop test from one meter high

3. Stacking test

4. Impact strength test

5. Using temperature range  

Maintenance of the pallet mould: 

1. Open the mould after the mould is installed, and clean all parts of the mould, especially the guide mechanism. For the surface parts of the mold, the mold surface should be cleaned to ensure the quality of the parts;

2. The sliding parts of the mold are lubricated and greased;

3. Check all parts of mold, especially safety parts. For example: safety side pin, safety screw, side guard plate, punching waste channel, etc.
