Every customer wants a long service life, high speed plastic crate mould. We usually add beryllium copper to the slider to shorten the cycle time, and our design and engineering teams have their own ideas to achieve the cycle time speed. The choice of mould steel is crucial. Generally speaking, we will use 45# mould base, P20 mould steel, sometimes we use 718H mould steel. Push plate ejection is automatic, but the structure of the oil cylinder still needs manual.

We help customers to reduce the wall thickness of plastic crates. But at the same time, in order to ensure the load-bearing capacity of the plastic crates, we increase the R Angle coefficient on the bottom surface and the vertical ribs, as well as other load-bearing parts.

Most plastic crate moulds require hot runner of 4 to 6 tips, because they are made of recycled plastic for injection molding and are generally made with a filter in hot runner gate.

Delivery time usually is 60 working days for first sample.
