Anole hot runner is a brand made by our own company, if customers have designated hot runner brand, we will follow customers'requirements.

5. Ejection way: air valve + stripper

The final ejection way we will chose according the actual bucket.

6. Injection molding machine and cycle time:

Normal Servo injection molding machines are suitable for the production, but if customers have high requirements for cycle time, we recommend DKM high speed injection molding machines. For example, SINO 20L IML bucket mould (P20 with Cube insert), with DKM600HH high speed injection molding machine. The cycle time can reach approximate 15S.
