Types

SINO makes different kinds of crate moulds to meet customers'needs, such as transportation crates, vegetable & fruit crates, 20-bottles coca cola crates, 24-bottles coca cola crates, thin wall crates, foldable crates…SINO has its own designed foldable crates, over 120 series. Different dimensions and different specification for customer to choose. According to customers'requirements, SINO can also customize plastic crates satisfy with customers.

Plastic material: PP/HDPE

Plastic crates are widely used in transportation and storage, such as logistics center, supermarket…

Thus, plastic crates often use HDPE plastic material to produce, due to it is with high hardness and good cold tolerance. Meanwhile, disposable crates often use PP plastic material.

Mould Steel: DIN.2344/718H/P20

Plastic crate moulds often use mould steel P20, the mould life is about 3,00,000 shots. And 718H, the mould life is about 5,00,000 shots. The guarantee mould life showing on quotation is 300k/500k shots, that doesn't mean we just promise 300k/500k shots life, it is a theoretical data for reference of minimum life.

Mould cavity: 1/2/4 cavities

Plastic crate mould cavities is usually 1 cavity, but if the plastic crate is small and the output requirements is high, SINO can also make multi cavities plastic crates to help customers realize the production requirements.

Ejection way: ejector way/ ejector pin

Cycle time: 30-55s

The plastic crate cycle time is 30-55s according to our experience, we can also add copper on the bottom of the mould cavity to shorten the cooling time and cycle time.

Test point: stacking/ drop

Plastic crates stacking can't have gaps, and it is not allowed to shift when stacking. What'
s more, it should not be damaged when drop from a required height.

Plastic Chair Mould

SINO Mould has more than 20 years of mould making experience and about 400 employees. SINO are specialized in plastic chair mould making (including children's chair, office chair, beach chair and coffee chair) with and without arm chair mould. Our mould quotations are of high quality and reasonable. Now please allow me to introduce how to make chair molds: Firstly, we need to scan the original sample for measuring points; Secondly, 3D chair design is carried out by computer.
